Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Cairo. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for customer service and support, communication, sales, customer training, and support. The Telesales Specialist will work closely with customers to provide excellent service, promote products, achieve sales goals, and deliver effective training to students.

Qualifications
Fluency in English is a must.
Customer Service and Sales skills
Excellent communication skills
Customer Support and Training skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Experience in the education industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Working hours:
Sun- Thurs: 12:00- 21:00+ Sat: 12:00- 16:00
Location: 2 min.s walk from Nasr road, Maadi.
Salary between 7K- 15K gross ( according to experience)
