Responsibilities
Process air documents through GDS, process all amendment types as well as processing refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
Read, interpret and apply airline’s agreements/Deals.
Provide technical assistance to sales/Support representatives via chat or email.
Process sales through back-office, received through different channels.
Provide feedback on work processes for areas of improvement.
Monitor progress towards achievement of plans.
Follow up on pending cases.
Interact with different consolidators/airline representatives.
Execute specific tasks assigned by Leaders/Managers.
Communicate with the airlines/suppliers to get the needed waivers if applicable.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.
Good knowledge of the Travel industry is a must.
Different GDS knowledge (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo) is a plus.
Communication and Presentation skills.
Planning and Organizing Skills.
Customer Orientation.
Team Player.
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.

Negotiation skills.

Compensation:
10K net + KPIs
