Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Technical Support position. As a Customer Service Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong phone etiquette. You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and strive to deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in the Customer Service field & Technical Support is a must
Proficiency in English is a must
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues
Customer Satisfaction focus and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with SIM service, ESIM (Embedded SIM) product
Ability to work in rotational shifts 24/7 from site
Excellent communication and handling skills written and spoken
Familiarity with the ticketing system (Zendisk…etc)
