موظف التلي سيلز يتعين عليه اكتساب بعض المهارات أو تواجد بعض المهارات به حتى يتمكن من تحقيق التارجت والنجاح في هذه المهنة.
ولكن عليك التأكد قبل معرفة هذه المهارات، أن وظيفة التلى سيلز ليست سهلة على الإطلاق، وذلك لأن إقناع أي شخص عبر الهاتف من المهام الصعبة للغاية، حيث أن العميل لا يري بعينه المنتج أو الخدمة التي سيحصل عليها، وبالتالى يجب أن تكون محاور بارع حتى تتمكن من القيام بهذه المهمة الصعبة.

ومن هذه المهام:
إجراء المكالمات الهاتفية للعملاء.
العمل على تحقيق تارجت معين من المبيعات.
عرض خدمات أو منتجات الشركة بشكل سهل الفهم للعملاء.
القيام بتقرير يومى يعرض على مديرك ملخص عن يوم عملك و عم عدد عمليات البيع التى قمت بها.

Job Description
Make an average of 150- 200 effective calls per day. (An effective call is when the agent reaches the respondent, delivers the campaign message, and checks the respondent’s details are correct)

Job Requirements
Enthusiasm: keeping the same enthusiasm from the 1st to the 100th call is key to success.
Resilience: telemarketing is a numbers game and marathon more than a sprint
Be energetic and lively: although you will be asked to follow a script: a key attribute is to sound like you are speaking naturally and not reading a script
Listen: your respondent’s answers will help you keep control over the call.
