About the job
Anvil is one of the leading companies in the Security services
we are looking for Secretary / Receptionist
Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls.
Coordinate visits and align with different departments.
Greet and welcome visitors and guests as soon as they arrive.
Direct visitors to the appropriate employee or office.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference telephone calls
Make preparations for committee meetings
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
Submit a report at the end of each day to the CEO
Prepare confidential correspondence, agendas and other confidential administrative tasks as assigned.
Prepare reports, memos, letters, financial documents, presentations and any other documents.
Perform other clerical duties such as filing & photocopying
Manage and maintain filing/archiving systems, retrieve company documents, records, and reports.
Job Specifications:
Females only.
Previous experience in the same role.
Strong command of English language.
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office apps (outlook, word, PowerPoint, excel)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Presentable and good looking.
Qualifications
High school diploma or relevant work experience
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
Salary 4000 EGP/ Monthly
Working hours 8 – start 10am to 6pm weekend Friday only
