Job Description
Communicate with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for business directors and employee events.
Responsible for dealing with vendors to come up with the best prices related to the uniforms and bags of the sales staff in the store.
Coordinate the distribution of the sales-required outfits to the stores.
Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments.
Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
Collect SIS (Shop in the shop) (Rent, commission)
Collects operations petty cash and per deem.

Customer Centricity
Very good knowledge of Auditing principles
Excellent MS and Excel knowledge
