Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, delivering a high level of satisfaction.
Conduct thorough research on properties and effectively market them to potential buyers or renters.
Negotiate sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, guiding them through the entire process.
Maintain and update online listings to ensure accurate and up-to-date property information.
Conduct property visits and showings, showcasing the features and benefits to interested parties.
Stay informed about current real estate trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.

Working Hours:
Fixed shifts from Monday to Friday.
9-hour shifts starting from 3-4-5 PM, including a 1-hour and 10-minute break.

Job Conditions:
Full-time remote position, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
Four days of paid training to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge.

Functioning USB headset for clear and efficient communication.

Salary
5500 basic salary and up to 22k growth salary
