Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at RISEUP Group located in Qesm El Zamalek. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. The role requires interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
Problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the service industry is a plus
Fluent English Speakers
C1 to C2
At least 3 months Experience in CS
