Job Purpose;
To receive and handle incoming calls to the Call Center

Key Accountabilities;
Handle calls within the service standards set.
Respond to customers in courteous manner.
Effectively comply to all scripts provided to handle all products
Initial investigation of the cases to provide immediate customer response.
And any other assigned tasks.

Academic and professional qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Experience and other requirements

Basic Qualifications:
Customer service orientation and attitude
Excellent communication skills
positive attitude

Minimum Experience:
0-2 Years of experience.
