Pepla is a Modest Fashion Brand established in 2019. Pepla is currently operating in Egypt, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.

Pepla is hiring a customer service representative for a night shift and a weekend shift.

Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat on all social platforms.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.

Working hours:
Sunday 6 pm to 12 am
Monday 6 pm to 12 am
Tuesday 6 pm to 12 am
Wednesday 6 pm to 12 am
Thursday 6 pm to 12 am
Friday 12 pm to 12 am
Saturday 12 pm to 12 am

Salary
5,000 EGP
