Description
Providing technical support and helping with billing queries for customers in the United States of America.
Job Requirements
Fluency in English as you’ll be dealing with US customers ” Level upper intermediate B2 “
Graduates, Gap Year, Dropouts, and Undergrads ” with no attendance “
Flexibility with night and overnight shifts
Offer
Basic Salary 6600 EGP + 220 US Dollars KPIs
Social and Medical insurance
Paid training ” 14 Days “
5 working days ( 2 days off )
Rotational shifts ( morning, afternoon, and overnight )
9 working hours including a 1-hour break
Transportation provided to and from the site
