Job Description
We are looking for 2 (female) call center agents with a native Arabic accent to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing high-quality customer service over the phone.

Responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries and resolving their issues over the phone.
Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the company’s database.
Following up with customers as necessary to ensure their issues have been resolved.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic with a native accent. (Syrian or Palestinian accent)
Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service.
Comfortable with using computer systems and software.
Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
Previous call center experience is a plus.
