Job Description
Vacancies are available in Cairo and Alex (Other cities are welcome to apply) [Egyptians only]
Attractive Salary – Bounce – internet allowance.
Training & Actual work All from home and all fully paid.
Equipment will be provided by us.
Social and Medical insurance.
2 days-off -rotational shifts (9 hours including breaks)
transportation is provided.

Job Requirements
Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
Full time Shifts only for now.
English level C1 up to C2.
Graduates/Gap year and drop out.
You need to be 18 years old or above.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
Patience when handling tough cases.
